Electrical Insulation
Our mix contains epoxy powder coatings for the insulation of lamination stacks used in small motors, and for metal bars used in electrical distribution systems as well as for the insulation of small components such as capacitors and magnetic cores.
Pipelines Coatings (External)
It is important that pipelines will perform safely and efficiently during their Engineered Design Life (EDL). This is achieved most effectively by the combination of cathodic protection and protective coatings to avoid high maintenance costs and potential environmental damage, should there be leakage from corrosion breakdown.
Pipelines Coatings (Internal)
Our mix is designed for use at elevated temperatures and pressures in drill pipe, production tubing, valves and fittings.
It is a tough coating which will resist damage and cracking during handling and coupling operations.
Valves and Fittings
Our mix provides a range of epoxy powders for these applications with worldwide drinking water approvals and an approval for gas and biogas application.
The highest standards are required for anti-corrosion protection of earth-laid castings. They must be resistant under a wide range of temperature and environmental conditions.
The smooth surface reduces friction between the transported medium and the fitting. Encrustation by salts or organic materials is prevented. The positive results are a long working life for the casting and the saving of pump energy.
